At Rachel Gilbert, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your luxury purchase. If your garment is not quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags and security seals still firmly attached.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package at any authorized postal location or courier point.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
